Angie Harmon was an American actress, model and singer who was a part of numerous television and film productions in the last few years. She began as a model but once she was recognized internationally, she decided to try acting. She started her acting career through the 1995 TV show, 'Baywatch Nights. She also is an actor in voice and was the voice for an animated version of the Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker film. Harmon was able to decide in the early 2000s to focus on film work and quit working on TV series. The return to TV acting programs came after having appeared in just a few films. She has been one of the few actresses who have taken a photo of themselves naked for 'Allure' magazine in the year 2008. Her most well-known role is her character as the detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles.' In her capacity as a detective, she was very well-respected and was awarded awards. Angie Harmon was nominated over the past few years for her exceptional performances, but has not won any awards.
